In addition to the worship experiences, services and programs offered through our church, we are also committed to supporting projects that extend the Gospel beyond Camino de Paz. We hope you consider supporting these ministries, giving us the opportunity to take the Gospel to the ends of the Earth.
Hope at Hand
David Jones and his wife felt they were being called to Honduras not on a mission trip, but to start a ministry there. They moved to Honduras and established “Hope at Hand” working with children in schools where poverty is an understatement. Camino de Paz joined in their mission by collecting donations the first Sunday of every month. Our church provides financially for the couple, giving the ability to focus on preaching the Gospel and serving the needs of the community they serve. David sends letters periodically to update us on their status and it warms our hearts to hear of kids and families receiving Christ, as well as the healing miracles taking place. Paper Angels Project
Pastor Gilbert always encourage us to use our God-given creativity to take the Gospel outside the walls of our church. Here is a good example. One of our members developed the Paper Angels Project. Agatha Soria and her sister go to Lancaster the last Saturday of the month and give individuals who are homeless a paper bag. The bag has a Scripture to feed their Spirit and a ham & cheese sandwich, bag of chips, and a bottle of water to supply their physical needs. If you are interested in giving financially to this project, please click on the give button and in the comments box, write "For Paper Angels Project". If you would like to donate food or materials, please email us and we will connect you with Agatha.
